Literacy vs fluency

The article i have chosen is New York Times: Students Find Ways to Thwart Facebook Bans. The reason i chose this article is because i already know a little bit about what they were discussing in the article. What really caught my attention about the article is how not only high school students know about how to get around the schools way of unblocking certain sights. This article connects to literacy and fluency because students are showing they are really fluent when it comes to computers and the way they work; versus adults who aren't really good at dealing with computers and how to get around different systems. That's why i believe that this article is connected to literacy and fluency .
